RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Kanyashi Cosmetics, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused and cosmetic/skincare products have to be in an accurate condition, we cannot accept the exchange or return of any products once sold or delivered.
The website www.kanyashi.com(“Website“) is operated by AAROHA BIZTRADE PVT LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Act,2013 (“AAROHA BIZTRADE “) having its registered office at 906/B, Pinnacle Business Park, Corporate Road, Prahalad Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 380015. Aaroha Biztrade Private Limited is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
In case of a damaged product issue (at the time of delivery) with the product, we exchange the product. All you need to do is give us a call or email us within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us at 906/B, Pinnacle Business Park, Corporate Road, Prahalad Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 380015
Exchange of products will only be considered if the product received is in damaged condition and subject to the following terms-
-Compulsory unboxing video is required to verify any damage claim.
-Claims must be raised within 48 business hours from the time of delivery. Failing to do so will result in the rejection of the Claim.
-Exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Aaroha Biztrade Private Limited.
-The Refund for COD orders will be given in Kanyashi Store credit.
-Damages due to the user’s mishandling by any means will not be covered under this Policy.
-Once your return request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
– Aaroha Biztrade Private Limited reserves all rights for Replacement/Returns/Refunds.
– Once an order has been dispatched from our facilities, it shall not be eligible for cancellation or modification. However, customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. We encourage customers to review their orders promptly upon placement to determine if any changes or cancellations are necessary. Orders cancelled within the specified time frame will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, as once orders have been dispatched, they enter our shipping process and cannot be intercepted for cancellation.”
All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item maybe eligible for return within 7 days from the date of Product Delivery if it fulfils any of the following conditions:
